To help you to find and order what you want more easily, we have spread out our meals on each page and following on from some feedback, we have also amended the dietary information keys to make them easier to read and understand.

Diet Key
All of the meals and desserts have been carefully formulated to provide a range of balanced recipes to meet your daily nutritional requirements.The following key is repeated through the brochure and can help you see which of our meals are suitable for any particular dietary requirements

1. Select your meals from the following pages, each of the containers the meal is delivered in are able to be put in the oven or microwave for your convenience. |

2. Fill in our pre-printed order form and either phone your order to a member of your local care team or hand your completed form to your driver. |

3. Your meals and desserts will then be delivered to your door and your payment will be taken. We can collect cash, cheque or we are happy to invoice a family member if preferred. |

4. If required your Fresh CM driver will place your order in the freezer. |
|
|
|
5. Simply heat your meal as required.
